Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Shpilman & Co. piece as much as we loved making it.
If for any reason it’s not the right fit, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging

• Custom or personalized items are final sale

Once your return is approved and received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
